We require our service providers to protect personal information and use it only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

9. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia. Our sign-up forms are run by Typeform and Jotform, and other providers such as email, hosting and payment platforms may also be overseas. Before disclosing information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with the APPs.

10. Payments

We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which handles card information under its own privacy and security practices. We keep payment records needed to manage your enrolment and any refunds.

Embedded forms and videos, and links to our Facebook, Instagram and YouTube pages, may also set cookies under those platforms’ own privacy policies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site may not work properly.

12. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, change or disclosure, including limiting access to health information to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

When we no longer need personal information for any purpose permitted by law, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it, unless we are required to keep it (for example, injury or tax records).

13. Data breaches

If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm to anyone affected, we will notify those individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

14. Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
